What you can expect:
You will be a member of a multidisciplinary team that is working on bringing innovative products to the market. You will be in charge of strategy, planning and coordination of resources and people in a operational project.

Furthermore, you are leading a laboratory team and the research in the area of molecular tools for optimal trait expression in plants and you will work closely with internal customers to align project timelines and deliverables. Novel technologies are identified, tested and brought to customers.

What we expect:

- A successfully completed Ph.D. in Biology (or similar) with focus on Molecular Biology
- Experience in the area of epigenetic modifications to DNA and/or histones is desirable
- Excellent English skills and at least working level in German
- Project management experience
- Innovativeness and entrepreneurial acting
- Good communication skills
- Excellent team player
